Douglas W. Ayers

President / CEOMr. Ayers is an organizer, director, and the proposed president and chief executive officer of the Bank. Mr. Ayers began his banking career in 1982 and has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, he was the president and chief executive officer of Investors National Bank and its parent holding company, in Chillicothe, Missouri. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Ayers was the chief executive officer and chief lending officer of Alliant Bank in Boonville, Missouri. In 2004, he became president and chief executive officer of American Trust Bank in Kirksville, Missouri, and its parent holding company, which first opened for business in 2005. He was the primary person overseeing the bank's initial organization and capital raise. Mr. Ayers also has held executive positions with United Missouri Bank, Southeast Missouri Bank, and Citizens Bank & Trust. Mr. Ayers received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Columbia, Missouri.
